Copper and aluminum clad, achieved metallurgical bonding, totally 100% bonding, highly bonding strength ≥100Mpa, the interface of Cu/Al will not peel off, peel strength (adherence solidity): 12 - 35 N/mm stripwide. Cast-roll cladding is based on the metallurgical bonding of the clad sheet. Its interface structure has many advantages such as simple structure, low impurity content, and strong bonding with metal.
