1. Brass-Clad Steel Strips Manufacturing（覆合黄铜带钢）

We manufacture sheets and strips in a large variety of brass clad steel

as per customer requirements, grade:  H90(C220)/F11/H90(C220), 

H90(C220)/F18/H90(C220), H90(C220)/SPHC/H90(C220), T2(C110)/SPCC/T2(C110).  These strips have good cold-workability that makes possible intensive and easy blanking. Annealed clad materials

can be easily deep-drawn. Enhanced heat tolerance than single brass,

cost saving, lighter weight, thus enhancing portability.

2. Cupping Process and Scrap Clad Material Recycling（深冲工艺及覆铜材料回收）

Slitting the wide brass-clad coils to narrower coils, be ready to enter the cupping presses. In the picture to the upper, you can see a coil of brass-clad feeding through a cupping press. The cupping press is usually a multi-punch-per-stroke press. This allows us to produce cups at a very high rate of speed. After cupping, the cups are captured in bins, and the scrap of copper/brass clad steel can also be recycled and processed well at Jiangsu Composite Technology Co., Ltd. environmentally with hydrometallurgical technology process. We close the loop to incorporate sustainability in all area. 

 

Cups are very stout, and are a little wider than they are deep. Notice the ridges on top of the cup. As the cup is drawn into a casing, these ridges become more pronounced.
