江苏康箔铜铝复合排界面结合处的铜铝间过渡层厚度为1~2 μm,既实现了铜铝间的冶金结合,又有效的解决了其他复合排铜铝间结合强度和过渡层电阻率偏低的问题。铜-铜铝复合排的界面结合强度大于40MPa,能承受长时间,高频次的骤冷骤热冲击产生的应力,且不降低材料的结合强度。
导电率高
江苏康箔铜铝复合排在铜体积比为20%时,其电阻率小于0.0245Ω•mm²/m,载流量可达到铜排89%,其温升和短耐都能满足低压成套开关设备的要求。在不改变电控、配电设备结构,无需重新设计,换用方便。
性价比高
江苏康箔铜铝复合排的密度为3.94g/cm,导电率为T2铜的71%,同条件应用时,重量不到纯铜的一半,具有显著的应用成本优势。

实现铜铝间的冶金结合,无接触电阻、热阻,质量稳定可靠,复合强度≥100MPa,剥离强度12>N/mm;导电性能好,载流温升测试完全满足要求;散热效率较纯铜更高,可冲压折弯,铜铝不可剥离;良好结合的金属材料可以最大程度的发挥各自的优势从而获得1+1>2的效果;同时,整体密度更低,更加轻量化,降本显著。

如何选用铜铝复合汇流排 - The chosen of copper clad aluminum composite materials
电气设备对汇流排的要求主要是它的载流量和在发生短路故障时,能满足动热稳定的要求,也就是说它的电气性能和机械性能。铜、铝都是良好的导电材料,但铜铝排表面极易氧化,搭接处易造成接触不良的故障。同时,由于硬度小,搭接处紧固后时间长了也会自然松动,造成接触不良的故障。因此电气设备中的载流导体目前98%都采用铜排。铜铝复合汇流排其表面抗氧化性能和接触电阻与铜排相同,只要铜层厚度达到一定要求,其导电性能和机械性能接近铜排,就可满足电气设备的要求。

铜(黄铜)钢复合板带(以钢为芯层)综合了两种金属材料的优良性能,既保持了铜材的抗菌性、深冲性、外观装饰等特性,又克服了铜材强度低的不足,与铜材相比,具有比重轻,热容量高,弹性好,具有良好的强度、抗氧化性、成本低等特点。
Copper/Brass-clad steel has high strength, high thermal conductivity, high conductivity, good plasticity, deep drawing, good wear resistance, aesthetic appearance and good re-workability (glazed or chromed). It can be cladding single or dual-side, used in industries where chrome can not meet the relative requirements, or where pure non-ferrous metals is expensive or where there is no good processing properties.
Especially, by applying brass-clad steel to the existing cartridge case cup and rifle warhead made of brass, cost saving, enhanced heat tolerance, the weight of the bullet could be reduced, thus enhancing portability. The solidity of the cartridge cup and warhead have been strengthened through the use of base steel as the parent material, which is highly suitable for the purpose of cartridge pocket cups and warheads. This is one of the notable examples of clad application in the defense industry.

散热方案设计及热效管理系统上,铜铝复合材,实现了完全冶金键合的异金属复合材料的应用,完美展现铜层导热能力,铝层在单位面积散热更快,工件减重,真正兼顾并充分发挥出铜、铝两种母材各自的特长与优点;大量实验及批量应用结果同样证实,铜热导率401(W/mK),铝热导率237(W/mK),铜铝复合(20%Cu)热导率则为290(W/mK),比热容(单位质量)为683.5kJ/(kg·K),密度则仅仅为3.95g/cm³;且较少的铜材使用以降低成本,实现灵活的工件尺寸设计,易于规模化、连续化生产。
